Apply a sufficient amount directly onto you palm
Rub hands briskly together, palm to palm
Rub back of each hand with the other hand and spread sanitiser between fingers
Rub around each thumb clasped in the other hand
Rub fingertips of each hand backward and forward in the other hand. Keep rubbing hands together until they are dry
