Return & Refund
We provide refunds or exchange for items that experience some sort of defect, for example:
- Expired
- Different product to what is purchased, that is, we have shipped the wrong item to you (we do not accept the reason that the product is of a different packaging to what has been purchased before or seen elsewhere)
The best way to contact us is to fill out the Request to Return Form below and submit to us. We may require supporting evidence to be send to us, such as photo of the item as received.
We may or may not require the item to be mailed back to us. If we require the item to be mailed back to us, your refund will be processed once we have received the item in its unopened condition in its original packaging.
Your refund will be in the same form as your original payment method.
To ensure the quality of our products, we do not offer refunds for reasons other than defects (eg. change of mind or allergic reactions) once the order is shipped out. Please choose carefully.
Liability of Product Return Shipping Fee
- In the scenario of an unforeseen error from the seller’s end by wrong product delivered to the buyer, the seller will bear buyer’s return shipping fee.
- In the scenario of the buyer’s change of mind, buyer shall get seller’s consent prior to the return request and buyer will bear the return shipping fee.
Clearance Items
Clearance items cannot be refunded.
Shipping Cost
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
